  Jess

  Managing Director

  Jess is our Managing Director and is responsible for steering the ship here at Compass. She ensures that our clients receive top-notch service and that our team consistently meets our high standards.

  Before joining Compass, Jess lived in Sydney, Australia for 6 years where she worked as a Senior Client Service Director for a large international recruitment company. This experience honed her skills in providing exceptional service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth

  Prior to this, Jess was a Lettings Negotiator at one of London's largest estate agents. This hands-on experience equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of the property field, igniting her passion for the industry.

  Jess absolutely loves connecting with her clients. It's not just business for her; many of her clients have become genuine friends, a testament to her genuine care and commitment to building long-lasting relationships.

  When Jess escapes the office, she unleashes her true wanderlust and carefree spirit! Her travel adventures have taken her far and wide, from teaching English in a school in the Philippines for two months, bungee jumps and skydives in New Zealand, swimming with whale sharks in Australia and silent retreats in Bali (yes, that's right. Silent). You name it, she's probably done it! Jess's happy place is getting lost in some far-off land, bare foot and make-up free, embracing the simple joys of life.

  Not one to shy away from a challenge, Jess recently took up running. Ok, so it’s not exactly her favourite thing in the world, but when given the opportunity to run the London Marathon 2023 with just 4 months training, she decided to go for it, all to support the BHF, a charity very close to her heart.

  Chloe

  Office Manager

  Introducing Chloe, our superstar Office Manager. With her exceptional organisational skills, Chloe ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of Compass. Whether it's handling bookings or managing our inventory clerk's busy diaries, she's the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and the first point of call for any enquiry or query. Prior to joining Compass, Chloe worked in Property Management for a large London agent for 5 years, so she's well versed to advise on all thing's inventories.

  Outside of the office, Chloe is a true homebody. When the rain pours, you'll find her cozied up with her husband, enjoying a movie marathon. But don't be fooled by her love for relaxation— she's a secret gamer too! When she's not ruling the office, she's ruling the virtual world!

  With her dedication, expertise, and down-to-earth nature, Chloe is an indispensable asset to our Compass family.

  Nanda

  Office Coordinator

  Nanda is our fabulous Office Coordinator here at Compass. She's been an invaluable member of our team for two years now, and her expertise shines through in everything she does. Nanda provides essential administrative support to Jess and Chloe, ensuring smooth operations all around. Nanda is also our go-to person when it comes to handling invoices and managing our accounts.

  Nanda's professional role may be a little serious, but she knows how to bring the fun too. When she's not meticulously checking reports or sending batches of invoices, Nanda likes to show off her magician skills…would you believe it, she can make a whole glass of wine disappear. Magic! With her positive energy and commitment to excellence, Nanda is an integral part of our Compass family.

  Yurena

  Inventory Clerk

  With 8 years of dedicated service to Compass, Yurena has become a beloved and trusted inventory clerk for our South London region. Yurena's passion for interior design shines through in her role, as she thoroughly enjoys visiting the remarkable high-end properties that our clients entrust us with. With 8 years of experience under her belt, there's nothing Yurena hasn't seen!

  There's one thing Yurena lives for outside of work—travel! When she's not busy with check-ins and check-outs, you'll likely find her on some sun-kissed beach, sipping a delicious cocktail and soaking up the good vibes. Adventure is her middle name, and she's always seeking new destinations to explore and cultures to immerse herself in. Yurena's Irish charm, combined with her genuine care for our clients and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our Compass family.

  Ash

  Inventory Clerk

  Meet Ash, a valued member of our Compass Inventories team for the past 6 years and a firm favourite amongst our valued clients. With six years of experience, Ash has encountered it all. In fact, he has a memorable story from the early days of his job when he stumbled upon half a cooked chicken that had been left in an oven by some very generous tenants. But hey, it's all part of the memorable experiences that make the job interesting.

  When Ash isn't busy taking care of inventories, he's indulging in his creative side. Acting, photography, graphic design, and web design are just a few of the outlets where he lets his artistic flair shine. Ash's unique blend of inventory expertise and artistic flair make him a valuable asset to our team. We are fortunate to have Ash as part of our Compass family, and his contributions and diverse talents have greatly enriched our team.

  Charlotte

  Inventory Clerk

  Say hello to Charlotte, our detail-obsessed team member who never misses a beat. Charlotte has been part of the Compass family for 2 years and looks after our East London clients. She's the reigning champion of attention to detail, making sure everything is on point.

  Seriously, nothing gets past her eagle-eyed inspection!

  When Charlotte's not busy being the queen of precision, she unleashes her creative side. She's a baking sensation (many of the team can personally vouch for this), and also has a small business on Etsy selling handmade woven artwork.

  With Charlotte's eye for detail and love for life's simple pleasures, she brings a unique blend of meticulousness and fun to our team. We're lucky to have her keeping things on track and adding her colourful charm to our workdays.

  Hannah

  Inventory Clerk

  Hannah lives in North London and takes care of our clients in this area. Hannah loves the freedom that comes with the role, but as a real people person, also thoroughly enjoys the interactions she has with agents and tenants on a daily basis. Did we mention that Hannah is a superhero? Despite facing more medical hurdles than most people in her short life, including open heart surgery, lung surgery, and brain surgery, she's our true warrior.

  When she's not checking tenant's in and out of properties, nothing makes Hannah happier than waking up in a tent, right in the middle of a sprawling field at a festival, surrounded by good vibes, great music, and her nearest and dearest. Hannah brings an incredible spirit and infectious energy to our team. We're honoured to have her as part of our family, and she reminds us every day to never give up and live life to the fullest.

  Ciarán

  Inventory Clerk

  Ciarán, our cool, calm, and collected clerk, is the epitome of unflappable. No matter the situation, he maintains his composure and delivers top-notch service. Based in South London, Ciarán looks after our clients in every corner of London.

  The independent nature of his role suits Ciarán perfectly. He thrives on the freedom it offers, allowing him to explore and appreciate different areas of London, as well as spending way too much money on coffee between jobs!

  When he's not tearing up the inventory world, Ciarán can be found hanging out in Greenwich Park with his adorable pup, Dudley. Not one to say no to a party or a karaoke session, rumour has it that he whips up the most impressive Aperol Spritz and Espresso Martini in all of London.

  It is a pleasure to have Ciarán's expertise and fun personality on our team, another firm favourite with our clients and tenants alike!

  Inventory Clerk

  Cath is another of our fabulous inventory clerks, hailing from the rolling hills of Wales. She has been a fantastic asset to Compass for 5 years, expertly balancing her role here with her acting career. Cath finds immense satisfaction in the independence and flexibility that her role at Compass offers. It allows her to pursue her passion for acting while still excelling in her work with us.

  When she's not working, Cath embodies the spirit of a fun-loving Welsh girl and likes nothing more than belly laughing with friends and travelling to exotic places around the world. She also has a slight obsession with Robbie Williams, but hey, who can blame her!

  With her vibrant personality, years of experience, and a touch of Welsh charm, Cath is an exceptional member of our Compass family.

  Rachelle

  Inventory Clerk

  Rachelle lives in South London and is a much valued member of our Compass team. She joined us in 2022 and has become an integral part of our organisation. Rachelle covers every area of London, allowing her to explore and appreciate the unique characteristics of each suburb. As a naturally inquisitive person, Rachelle loves inspecting so many different types of properties from tiny studio apartments to grand 5 bedroom houses, she loves them all!

  When not inspecting properties, Rachelle finds solace in simple pleasures. Her dream evening would involve binge-watching her favourite TV show, followed by getting thrashed in a game of chess, with her gorgeous cat somewhere in the mix! Think you recognise Rachelle? Well, you may have seen her trending on Twitter back in the day! Rachelle's claim to fame is when on her 21st birthday, Gary Barlow tweeted a picture of her…a superstar inventory clerk AND a worldwide celebrity you could say?

  Robin

  Inventory Clerk

  Meet Robin, another of our wonderful inventory clerks who has been part of the Compass family for a year. Before joining the team, Robin was both a professional ballet dancer and a talented photographer. Even though Robin's focus has shifted more towards his role at Compass, he still finds time for his passion for photography whenever possible.

  Robin loves being nosy and getting a glimpse of the wide variety of properties we deal with, exploring different homes and locations throughout London.

  Outside of work, Robin likes nothing more than spending time with his nearest and dearest, performing and skiing (though not all at the same time, that would be dangerous).

  With his zest for life, fun personality, and commitment to his role, Robin is an absolute gem on our Compass team.

  Niky

  Inventory Clerk

  Niky is another of our exceptional inventory clerks here at Compass and is based in South London. Niky looks after our clients in every area of London and loves the flexibility the role offers, allowing her to spend precious time with her 2 children. Niky has a keen eye for detail which allows her to meticulously assess and document the condition of each property, ensuring a seamless process for both landlords and tenants.

  Outside of work, Niky is all about that beach life and would happily sit on a beach every evening, watching the sun go down, cocktail in hand. Bliss!

  And Niky has had undoubtedly the biggest celebrity encounter of us all…she's performed in front of and even met the Queen! Talking of Queen's, Niky is also an esteemed actress, with her most recent project acting alongside Catherine Tate in the BBC comedy show ‘Queen of Oz'. Go check her out!

  Dudley

  Good Boy

  Dudley is our 'good boy' here at Compass and is by far our most loved team member. Dudley's strengths are undeniable. When it comes to sock stealing, he's the reigning champion, always ready to add another pair to his growing collection. But that's not all – he's also a trickster extraordinaire with 'sit', 'paw' and 'round' being some of his most impressive work.

  Outside of work, Dudley's hobbies include chasing squirrels, playing fetch in Greenwich Park and talking to his friends on his new iBone 14. He also really enjoys barking at nothing, just to protect his Dads.

  We are so lucky to have Dudley as part of the Compass team, the ultimate good boy.
